Now that Aaron is skipping town

however there is even more impetus for me to go to YULBlog First Wednesdays. I’ve never taken my “founder” status very seriously, but with 3 of the first 5 members living elsewhere (San Francisco, Toronto, and soon Vancouver) and the fourth otherwise engaged, it will be good form to show up more than once in a while! After all, it is probably the longest-running weblogger meeting in the world.

Spoonman!

Kate over at montreal city weblog is covering a “local colour” story that isn’t really very funny: Ogilvy’s Spoonman under legal attack. Apparently someone thinks his spoon-playing is annoying – from six stories up. For my part, local colour should definitely win this one – the complaint is ridiculous and indicates more than anything that the mobile enema squad is urgently needed.
