to see Ed Bilodeau’s talk on folksonomies at McGill’s GSLIS. I’m super-curious to see how he presents it.
Last Saturday,
Ed Bilodeau marked the seven year anniversary of his weblog, now called “Designing Learning Environments”. In all of the hoopla surrounding the 5th Anniversary of YULBlog, which Ed was completely instrumental in founding, I was afraid (and I think my fears were borne out) that it would get lost that he has been doing this – and doing this extremely well – for longer than almost anyone else in Montreal. So here’s to another 7 years of Ed’s writing on the WWW!
Copyediting is serious business.
CNN.com ran a story on March 11 about how a typo caused an international incident: What a blast!
Earlier this month
on the O’Reilly Network they published a great interview with Jason Fried of 37signals about their hosted project management application: The Builders of Basecamp.
Not in my link list for nothing:
Jay Rosen has been on fire lately with his excellent Pressthink weblog. Yesterday’s post – PressThink: A Western Civ Course in What’s Gone Wrong With the Press – is but one example of must-read blogging from Rosen.
