I’m moving today

June 14, 2000 by Michael Boyle

and more this weekend, and none too soon. There was a murder on the corner yesterday, at the coke bar, and they’re setting up a huge dog and pony show for this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix. Honestly, the big Formula 1 display (complete with a stage for live shows, a virtual racing game and stuff) is more discomfiting to me than the murder was.

Writ, FindLaw’s new

June 13, 2000 by Michael Boyle

Writ, FindLaw’s online magazine, published an article about lessons to be learned from the Microsoft case. I should also add that an old high school friend of mine is the Senior Editor – which is really cool.

I missed a couple of things

June 13, 2000 by Michael Boyle

yesterday. First is that Jezebel turned four, which is pretty damn cool. Congratulations, Heather.

The rest (for those of you that were here earlier)? Bowdlerized! Shamelessly removed. Suffice it to say that a) I think Jason Kottke has a point and I hope he isn’t shouted down; b) I like the weblogs and other personal sites that I visit regularly (mostly those on the right) as they are today; c) I don’t think that novelty or innovation is of greater value than many of the other qualities that good weblogs possess.
