three people blogging who use “mikel” in their name. There’s me, the always impressive Shmuel Mikel, and Micha (Mikel) Lewandowski from Poland, who keeps a weblog in his native Polish. My name, as I have written before, comes from the way my brother used to spell it when he’d leave me notes or whatever. I actually don’t spell my name that way in real life, I spell it the conventional way. But as my online life has pretty much merged with my real life, people seem to mix and match spellings now.

And the other Ed has been doing some truly inspired weblogging. “OK, maybe I’ve spent too much time with my face in someone else’s crotch, but I don’t find this offensive.” Yow. The picture is definitely worth a few thousand words.

to the site tonight. I’ve finally put up some of the older long-ish pieces I had included at my old editthispage weblog. These are available under the new “words” link over there to the left. As well, I’ve added links to each of the old blog entries at mikel.editthispage.com, so everything can now be reached directly through here. This is good, and it was surprisingly simple to do although the solution isn’t the most elegant one in the world.

Mikal.org: This could be confusing! But that’s OK, it’ll work out. Blogger must be really popular to have two such similar addresses both on board.

of the other parts of this little site are going up. But that’s all until after work.

I think its time for good old #990000 to make a comeback. That was the actual name of my editthispage design: 990000. But this one needs something more so it may come back and join me here. I have some icons ready to go, but that may not quite do it.
