Obviously I hope not - but at the same time, I don't know that I agree that any individual should be able to export information about all of their contacts. Their own personal information, in machine readable format? Yes, of course. But I should have control over what information any of my contacts can or cannot export, and it should be opt-in (i.e., by default export nothing). Maybe so!
