I got a copy from an old version of Eudora that I downloaded. The thing that surprised me is that a copy that came with a pretty recent version would never install properly, for an undetermined reason. But the copy I grabbed the other day does work like any other font file. Mishawaka really is the most readable monospaced font out there, and I'm still old-school enough to have turned off all formatting in email and so a good mono font is important! Thanks Warren.
